Learn from Experienced and Highly Qualified Teachers
Learn from experienced teachers, including doctors and master’s degree holders, who connect the depth of classical yogic wisdom with modern, research-based scientific knowledge.
Through guided study, daily practice, personal exploration, and supervised teaching experience, you will develop a clear understanding of yoga and learn to share it with authenticity, compassion, confidence, and professional responsibility.
Practise Deeply. Understand Clearly. Teach Confidently. Adapt Safely. Live Authentically.
These five principles shape your entire 200-hour journey. You will establish a disciplined personal practice, develop a foundational understanding of the body, mind, and breath, and learn essential teaching skills such as:
-
Yoga sequencing and class planning
-
Postural alignment and safe modification
-
Clear instruction, cueing, and demonstration
-
Observation and class management
-
Professional teaching principles
Through practical workshops, peer teaching, mentorship, and regular feedback, you will begin to understand what to teach, why you are teaching it, how to teach it safely and effectively, and how to adapt the practice to the person in front of you.
Learn the Foundations of Intelligent Yoga Sequencing
A central part of the program is learning to create safe, balanced, purposeful, and meaningful yoga classes. You will study the complete structure of a yoga session—from centring and warm-up to progressive movement, peak practice, counterposes, relaxation, pranayama, meditation, and closing.
You will learn to design foundational Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga sequences that develop:
-
Strength and flexibility
-
Mobility and balance
-
Body awareness and coordination
-
Relaxation and mental calmness
You will also explore smooth transitions, appropriate modifications, clear class themes, and variations for beginner and mixed-level groups. Carefully developed, ready-to-teach sequences from our experienced faculty will support you as you gradually learn to create and deliver classes independently.
Discover the Philosophy and Lifestyle of Yoga
Yoga is not simply physical exercise; it is a complete approach to conscious living.
Through the study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, classical Hatha Yoga, the eight limbs of yoga, Pancha Kosha, yogic ethics, the chakra system, and selected teachings from the Vedas and Upanishads, you will begin to understand the deeper meaning and purpose behind yogic practices.
Your daily routine will include meditation, Shatkarma, mantra chanting, conscious eating, sattvic living, self-reflection, and community participation. These experiences allow yoga philosophy to move beyond the classroom and become something personally experienced, understood, and lived.
Experience Yoga Where the Environment Becomes Part of Your Education
Your training takes place at our peaceful, jungle-immersive eco-boutique yoga resort in the Himalayan surroundings of Nepal, away from the distractions of a conventional urban studio or crowded training centre.
Here, the forest, silence, community, and living culture of Nepal become part of your learning experience. Your days are shaped by disciplined practice, mindful living, nourishing vegetarian food, philosophy, self-study, connection with nature, and shared community life.
This supportive environment gives you the space to slow down, deepen your awareness, and experience yoga as a way of life—not simply as a subject studied for certification.
Develop Confidence Through Practical Teaching
Most importantly, you will begin teaching during the training.
Through alignment workshops, demonstrations, observation, peer teaching, supervised practicum, personalized feedback, and faculty mentorship, you will gradually learn how to communicate clearly, hold space responsibly, and guide students with confidence and compassion.
You will practise:
-
Giving clear and effective instructions
-
Demonstrating postures confidently
-
Observing students and understanding their needs
-
Offering safe modifications and variations
-
Managing time and maintaining the flow of a class
-
Planning and delivering complete yoga sessions
By the end of the program, the goal is not only for you to know more about yoga, but also to develop the practical ability to communicate, demonstrate, adapt, and share that knowledge safely and meaningfully.
Begin Your Professional Yoga Teaching Journey
Whether you hope to teach in yoga studios, wellness retreats, schools, community spaces, private settings, or simply deepen your personal practice, this training provides a strong and authentic foundation for your next step.
You will leave with an internationally recognized Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification, valuable practical teaching experience, and a deeper relationship with yoga that can continue to guide both your personal life and professional journey.

2. Yoga Consciousness
Yoga Consciousness,a cornerstone of our meditation teacher training in Nepal, offers a profound understanding of yoga’s philosophical roots and spiritual dimensions, tracing its evolution from ancient traditions to modern practices. This concept explores the four streams of yoga—Raja Yoga, Gyana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Karma Yoga, each offering a unique path to self-realization and inner transformation. At the heart of this study lies the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, which provide practical guidance through the Eight Limbs of Yoga to cultivate balance, clarity, and a purposeful life.
An essential component of yoga consciousness is the Pancha Kosha (five sheaths of existence)—physical, energetic, mental, intellectual, and blissful—and how yoga harmonizes these layers for holistic well-being. Participants will also examine the Five Elements of Life (earth, water, fire, air, and space) and their vital role in maintaining health and harmony. The journey extends into the Hatha Yoga tradition, where knowledge of chakras, mudras, bandhas, and mantras is applied for spiritual and energetic transformation.
Moreover, yoga consciousness emphasizes the importance of yogic food principles, teaching how to prepare meals that nourish the body, mind, and soul. Participants will also learn Shatkarma (cleansing techniques), such as Neti and Dhauti, to detoxify and rejuvenate the body, enhancing vitality and mental clarity. By integrating these elements, yoga consciousness provides a holistic framework to deepen spiritual awareness while fostering mental, emotional, and physical harmony.

Participants will also explore biomechanics, learning safe and effective movement patterns that prevent injuries, improve posture, and align the body for better function.
The course delves into the psychophysiology of yoga, examining its influence on the nervous system to foster mental resilience, reduce stress, and enhance emotional stability. Participants will also uncover the biochemical effects of yoga, including its impact on hormones, stress markers, and immunity. The module concludes with insights into the neuroscience of yoga, demonstrating how consistent practice can reshape the brain to enhance focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. By integrating ancient practices with scientific principles, this module equips participants with a balanced and evidence-based approach to yoga, ensuring both safety and effectiveness in their teaching and personal practice.
