  • Hatha Yoga: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Rs. 1000

No, we provide all necessary yoga props, including yoga mats, during the course. However, if you prefer using your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.

Water Bottle and Towel: A reusable water bottle and hand towel for yoga practice.
