FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
Meals: We provide delicious sattvic vegetarian food, served three times a day.
Drinks: Enjoy refreshing beverages like honey ginger lemon, mint water, and seasonal herbal drinks.
Accommodation
We offer a total of 10 rooms, thoughtfully designed to cater to a variety of preferences, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest.
Rooms: Our rooms are located in a separate house, perfect for those who appreciate modern comforts. Guests can choose between single rooms or private rooms, depending on their preference.
Facilities: Many of our Private and shared rooms come with attached bathrooms. For few shared rooms, the bathroom door is located just outside the room but is exclusively shared between two people, maintaining privacy and convenience. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold water, a comfortable bed with a mattress, and a cupboard for storage.
Additional Features: Every room offers internet access and a private balcony with stunning views of the Shivpuri Mountain and Kathmandu Valley.

4 Days 20 Hours YACEP Training Courses In Nepal FAQs
Airport Pickup: We will arrange transportation from the airport to the school.
Accommodation and Meals: 4 days of accommodation with 3 delicious meals per day.
Facilities: 24-hour Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, Neti pot.
Yoga and Meditation: Daily yoga and meditation practice.
Materials: Notebook and pen for your use during the course
Laundry Services: Laundry services are not provided.
Personal Expenses: Any personal purchases or activities are at your own cost.
Taxi Charges: If you wish to go outside the school, taxi charges are not included.
Personal Dietary Requirements: We do not cover special dietary needs.
Yoga Clothing: Comfortable yoga attire that suits both you and others.
Yoga Mat: We provide all necessary yoga props, including yoga mats. If you prefer, you can bring your own personal yoga mat.
Water Bottle and Towel: A reusable water bottle and hand towel for yoga practice.
Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Check the weather forecast for Kathmandu before coming and pack accordingly.
Medication: If you are on regular medication or specific medical supplements, please bring them with you.
No, we provide all necessary yoga props, including yoga mats, during the course. However, if you prefer using your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.
In case of a serious medical condition, you will be responsible for any hospital charges. Please bring any required medications or supplements with you, and inform us if you have any medical concerns prior to arrival.
